​Joshua Gillingham is a educational presenter and online instructor from Vancouver Island. Codegogy emerged from his work on Computer Science pedagogy while completing his MEd. in Educational Technology and Learning Design at Simon Fraser University. As a classroom teacher, Joshua taught coding in Grades 6-12 and  worked alongside professors at the University of Alberta to adapt a university course content on Video Game Studies for high school students. He continues to teach and design courses in the Distance and Adult Learning Program for Nanaimo-Ladysmith Public Schools.
